The HT-1000A/2000A pocket Richter hardness tester has a wide testing range, ranging from quenched tool steel to soft aluminum. It is widely used in various fields, such as mechanical processing, electricity, gas, chemical, petroleum, automotive, machine tools, ships, railways, and aerospace industries. It is suitable for on-site inspection of large workpieces (over 3Kg) that are not easy to move, such as rollers, molds, crankshafts, pressure vessels, turbine units, etc., including components with complex shapes or installed on equipment and cannot be disassembled. Different directions can be selected for rapid and accurate non-destructive testing of various parts of the specimen.
