Activated carbon adsorber

It can adsorb organic solvents such as benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, gasoline, etc. It is more suitable for the treatment of high air volume and low concentration waste gas, and is suitable for industries such as electronics, chemical industry, light industry, rubber, paint, coating, printing, machinery, ships, automobiles, petroleum, etc.

Scope of application: This device is used for the treatment of organic waste gases with high air volume and low concentration. This phenomenon is called adsorption.

By utilizing the adsorption capacity of solid surfaces, the exhaust gas is brought into contact with porous solid substances on a large surface, and pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the solid surface, separating them from the gas mixture and achieving purification purposes. Its essence is a process of adsorption concentration. The organic solvents have not been treated, it is a physical process, and subsequent selection of catalytic combustion desorption or steam desorption regeneration devices will be based on the different components of the exhaust gas. The desorption and regeneration process of activated carbon adsorption device: Steam is sprayed from the bottom of the tower to evaporate the solvent adsorbed in the activated carbon, which is then condensed into liquid through a condenser and enters the separation cylinder to separate and recover the organic solvent. The residual liquid is then sent to the aeration cylinder and discharged after aeration. It is a physical process that can recover solvents and save costs.
