The HS-JF high negative pressure robot welding smoke purifier adopts internationally leading polyester fine filtration technology, with a filtration efficiency of 99.9% for welding, cutting, and polishing smoke (0.2 μ m), while ensuring extremely high air flow rate. This purifier has many advantages such as low noise, stable performance, and easy operation and use.

The HS-JF high negative pressure robot welding smoke purifier is mainly suitable for purifying dry, oil-free, and non corrosive smoke and gas generated during welding, cutting, and polishing. In addition, this product is designed for secondary filtration, with the first stage filtering large particle sparks and the second stage filtering small dust. This purifier is the preferred smoke and dust purification equipment for industrial processing, welding, cutting, and polishing dust removal.

Welding, cutting, and polishing smoke and dust enter the purifier through the suction pipe under the high negative pressure of the equipment. Welding, cutting, and polishing smoke and dust with sparks are isolated and separated by the flame blocking mesh frame before entering the purification chamber, while a portion of the residual temperature welding, cutting, and polishing smoke and dust airflow is evenly distributed inside the purification chamber by the baffle plate for better purification by the filter cartridge. Larger particles of smoke and dust sink into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, while smaller particles of floating dust are suspended inside the purification chamber under the vortex generated by suction, waiting to be filtered by the filter cartridge. The small particles of dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, after aggregation, binding and other effects, slide and sink into the ash hopper under the action of gravity. The purified airflow is discharged into the workshop to provide a healthy working environment for workers.
