Main functions of the system

1. High precision energy measurement

Select different models of high-precision measuring and monitoring terminal instruments based on user energy consumption to achieve accurate measurement.

2. Energy consumption monitoring and analysis

Continuous monitoring of user usage across the entire system and analysis of categorized energy consumption usage. It is possible to record and analyze the electricity consumption of each circuit in detail, and display it in the form of a table. At the same time, it can be switched to more intuitive forms such as bar charts and line charts for horizontal and vertical comparisons.

3. Energy consumption statistics and analysis

The system provides users with comprehensive categorized energy consumption statistics reports, which can be used to calculate and print daily, monthly, seasonal, and annual electricity consumption at any time. By analyzing the data of the entire system, including fault alarms and trend curves, we can monitor the changes in current and power of critical circuits, achieve timely correction and prediction of faults, and manage equipment operation and deployment.

4. Alarm and Event Management

The system can issue information prompts and alarm messages to notify relevant personnel when there is a sudden change in point load.

5. Historical data management

The system is based on SQL Server database to complete historical data management, and all real-time sampling data can be saved to the historical database.

6. Report management

Reports can be generated based on existing templates in the system or customized with new templates. They can be manually generated or generated according to preset times, and can be converted into EXCEL format for sending and printing.

7. User Management

For the safe and stable operation of the system, user permission management can prevent unauthorized operations. It is possible to define login names, passwords, and operational permissions for users of different levels, providing reliable and secure protection for system operation, maintenance, and management.

8. The system has good openness and third-party communication capabilities. It can serve as a server for other programs to provide data, or as a client to obtain data from other systems; It can be seamlessly integrated with other systems.

9. The system supports web clients

The system provides web services, and the client can view the energy monitoring screen through the IE browser.

Application field

The core of the system application is energy consumption data collection, energy consumption data analysis, and energy-saving alarm control, which are widely used in

uEnergy Management System

usubstation automation

uDistribution network automation

uResidential power monitoring

uIndustrial Automation

uSmart Building

Electronic energy meter

Electronic energy meters use electronic circuits/chips to measure electrical energy. Use voltage divider resistors or voltage transformers to convert voltage signals into small signals that can be used for measurement, use splitters or current transformers to convert current signals into small signals that can be used for measurement, use dedicated energy measurement chips to simulate or digitally multiply the transformed voltage and current signals, accumulate electrical energy, and output pulse signals with frequency proportional to electrical energy.

working principle

Electronic standard energy meters are developed based on digital power meters, using multipliers to measure electrical power. The working principle diagram is shown in the following figure. The measured voltage u and current i are converted by a voltage converter and a current converter, and then sent to multiplier M. The multiplier M multiplies the instantaneous values of voltage and current, and outputs a DC voltage U proportional to the average power over a period of time. Then, using a voltage/frequency converter, U is converted into the corresponding pulse frequency f, which is divided and displayed as the corresponding electrical energy through a counter counting over a period of time.
