HII Pump (full name Hydraulics International, Inc.) is a professional manufacturer of pneumatic driven high-pressure liquid pumps and gas boosters in the United States. The HII booster pump operates based on the principle of differential piston area ratio: by driving a small area hydraulic piston with a large area pneumatic piston, pressure amplification is achieved. For example, a pump with a pressure ratio of 25:1 can output a liquid pressure of 3750 psi (approximately 259 bar) at a driving pressure of 150 psi. When the system pressure reaches the set value, the pump automatically stops running, maintaining a constant pressure without consuming energy; Once the pressure drops, the pump will automatically restart to replenish pressure, achieving energy conservation.
