The whole machine adopts an integrated stainless steel design and a built-in vacuum pump. The traditional vacuum pump and filter bracket are separated, and the vacuum pump and filter bracket are integrated into one. The improved type occupies half of the space compared to the separated type, and there are no hygiene dead corners on the surface, making it easy to clean and disinfect. The filtration system is designed with three and six filter heads according to customer requirements, each of which can be independently controlled and operated flexibly. Using a 70mm filter membrane increases the filtration area, improves filtration efficiency, has a high recovery rate, and is easy to count.
【 Working Principle 】
Connect the disposable microbial limit incubator correctly to the host, inject the test sample into the disposable microbial limit incubator, start the host for filtration and collection of bacteria. After the test sample is filtered and collected, stop the filtration, pour the liquid culture medium onto the surface of the filter membrane, start the host, pump the culture medium on the filter membrane onto the culture medium holding pad under the filter membrane, filter the culture medium on the surface of the filter membrane dry, and stop the filtration. Then cover it with a transparent lid to form a closed sealed box, transfer it to the biochemical incubator, and incubate, observe, and count at the specified temperature.
