HG-C hydride generatorWorking Principle:

Some elements in aqueous solution, such as As, Se, Sn, or Bi, are mixed with HCl and NaBH4 solvents through a peristaltic pump and sent into a reaction loop to generate hydrides.
The generated mixture consists of hydrides, hydrogen gas, water vapor, and residual reagents, which are sent to a gas-liquid separator through a carrier gas. In the gas-liquid separator, the separated gas phase is sent into a quartz tube through a carrier gas. Heating a T-shaped quartz tube with acetylene combustion to thermally decompose hydrides. Laboratory equipment conditions in aqueous solutions in the presence of reducing agents.
The laboratory should be equipped with exhaust equipment, and the size of the exhaust volume should be able to gently suck up a slightly larger newspaper attached to the exhaust outlet. However, the main engine room must be equipped with a gas circuit switch valve to quickly cut off the gas in case of an accident.
