Homogenization treatment of large batch samples:

Equipped with four dispersers, it can homogenize four samples simultaneously. The sample tray can hold 24 100ml triangular flasks, and one cycle can process 24 samples. By quickly replacing the sample tray, samples can be continuously homogenized. Auto HG-48 can hold 48 15ml or 50ml sample tubes.

Automatic liquid separation function:

Auto HG-24Plus is a fully automatic disperser with liquid separation function, which can automatically separate liquids and reduce the chance of operators coming into contact with solvents.

Fully automatic cleaning blade:

The fully automatic disperser with liquid separation function provides a four step program for cyclic cleaning, including water cleaning, organic solvent cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning. After processing each sample, the blade is automatically cleaned to prevent cross contamination and truly achieve unsupervised work.

Self cleaning of groove inner wall:

The inner wall of the groove can be cleaned to ensure that the liquid inside the groove is clean every time the blade is cleaned, truly preventing sample cross contamination.

Leak proof liquid cross contamination:

The fully automatic disperser with liquid separation function is equipped with a blade hanging on the wall and a leakage receiving groove. When the blade rises from the liquid level, the receiving groove moves below the blade and moves with the blade to prevent leakage and contamination of other samples or sample trays.
