Product Details

Core Definition and Technical Principles

The core function of this instrument is to accurately determine the measurement accuracy and operating status of transformers, solving the pain points of traditional calibration relying on large power supplies, standard transformers, and other equipment. The technology principle of HEY-H intelligent transformer calibrator integrates multidisciplinary technology, using a dual CPU architecture combined with 24BitAD chip and 512 times oversampling technology to broaden signal bandwidth and improve sampling accuracy; Further optimize the dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio through FIR filters to reduce the impact of electromagnetic interference on the data. Some devices are tested using a power supply that is close to the power frequency and can avoid on-site electromagnetic radiation interference. At the same time, with the help of built-in standard impedance components and intelligent algorithms, the error of the transformer under different loads can be calculated without the need for additional current or boost sources. Advanced functions such as fault prediction can also be achieved by analyzing data through AI algorithms. In addition, it is compatible with the IEC61850 series communication protocol and can be connected to the fiber optic and Ethernet interfaces of digital substations to complete communication message analysis and delay testing of electronic transformers.

Core functions and significant advantages

The HEY-H intelligent transformer calibrator has comprehensive functions and is adaptable to various scenarios, with core functions far exceeding traditional equipment. In terms of error measurement, it can accurately detect the ratio and angle differences of transformers within the range of 1% -120%. Some models can be extended to 200% range, and multiple sets of error data under the upper and lower limits of transformer load can be presented in one measurement. It can also quickly measure the transformer ratio and even vaguely determine the secondary current specifications of unmarked transformers, while completing polarity detection and wiring error prompts. In terms of data processing, it is equipped with a large screen LCD display, supports data storage and on-site printing, and achieves data transmission and remote calibration through USB interface or 4G/5G module.

Its advantages are very prominent, with most products weighing less than 5kg in terms of portability, and some models weighing only 8.5kg. The built-in lithium battery has a range of over 8 hours and is suitable for on-site inspections. In terms of intelligence, it has the functions of automated data integration and qualification judgment. Some models are equipped with health assessment models, which can warn of equipment degradation trends 72 hours in advance. In terms of anti-interference ability, the power supply and sampling parts have undergone electromagnetic compatibility processing and can adapt to a wide temperature working environment of -10 ℃ -55 ℃, meeting the requirements of complex on-site testing.

Key technical parameters

Technical parameters determine its adaptation range and measurement accuracy, and mainstream parameters exhibit standardized and differentiated characteristics. The accuracy level generally reaches 0.05 level, which means the ratio difference is less than 0.05% and the angle difference is less than 2 '. The measurement accuracy of voltage and current is both 0.05% RD. In terms of range, the voltage is suitable for commonly used specifications such as 100V/√ 3 and 100V, and the current supports 1A and 5A ranges. The small signal input covers various specifications such as 150mV-6.5V. The communication interface configuration is rich, including ST and SC dual fiber interfaces and dual RJ45 Ethernet interfaces. The synchronous interface supports input and output of optical PPS and optical IRIG-B signals. The variable ratio range can cover various specifications such as 5A/5A-25000A/5A, and the turn ratio error is controlled within ± 0.2%. The secondary load measurement range is 1 Ω -25 Ω, and the measurement error does not exceed ± 2%.

Main application scenarios

This instrument has been widely used in power and related fields. In digital substations, comprehensive calibration of transformers and merging units can be carried out to ensure accurate power grid scheduling and measurement. Most digital substations in the country have relevant equipment applications. The demand for new energy is growing rapidly, with a year-on-year increase of 42% in the procurement of wind and photovoltaic power plants in 2023. This is to cope with the performance fluctuations of transformers caused by wind and solar fluctuations and ensure stable grid connected power generation. In the industrial field, metallurgy, petrochemicals and other industries use it to monitor power quality, while rail transit and data centers adopt integrated calibration systems to achieve parallel calibration of multiple devices. In addition, county-level power supply companies often use it for daily inspections of voltage levels of 10kV and below, while provincial-level power grid companies prefer models for ultra-high voltage engineering testing.
