In drilling and completion work, there are two types of filtration, one is static filtration after the drilling fluid stops circulating, where the filter cake gradually thickens and the filtration decreases over time. Another type is the dynamic filtration generated when the circulating drilling fluid flushes the filter cake. As the static and dynamic filtration of various drilling fluids may not be proportional, measuring the filtration amount of drilling fluid under dynamic conditions is particularly important. The HDF-1 high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic filtration instrument overcomes the shortcomings of various commonly used static filtration instruments in China, making the test results approach the actual situation underground. This instrument can accurately and stably measure the filtration performance of drilling fluid and cement slurry under static and dynamic conditions, providing reliable data for scientific, fast, excellent, and stable drilling.

Purpose:

HDF-1 high temperature and high pressure dynamic fluid loss tester is a testing instrument that simulates the filtration loss of drilling and water drilling fluids in deep wells (high temperature and high pressure). It is suitable for:

1. Static filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature between room temperature and 232 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 7.1 MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5 MPa, and the filtration area is 22.6 cm2.

2. Dynamic filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature from room temperature to 150 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 7.1 MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5 MPa, and the filtration area is 22.6 cm2.

3. There is a dual leakage net that can meet the measurement of cement slurry.

Suitable for measuring or simulating dynamic filtration loss under deep well conditions and producing mud cake under this cyclic condition.

Instrument characteristics

The maximum working pressure is less than 7.1Mpa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5Mpa, and the maximum working temperature can reach 232 ℃. A standard filter screen is used. It has the characteristics of a variable speed motor controlled by an SCR controller and a spindle speed displayed by a digital instrument.
