The HC-2000 production line high-speed spectrophotometer adopts CIE d/8 illumination to measure geometry, and the measurement adopts non-contact method. The testing speed is fast and suitable for online rapid measurement of various product colors; And the consistency and stability between instrument tables are good, which can be used for color quality control of batch products.

Main features:
●The production line is easy to use and has a wide range of applications
The HC-2000 sampling head can be separated, fixed, and placed from the control host. It can be triggered and synchronized by software, and a software secondary development package is provided to facilitate software integration with production line equipment and meet the measurement requirements of different industries.
●High color measurement resolution and measurement accuracy
The HC-2000 has a small spectral bandwidth (about 5nm), high color measurement resolution, and is equipped with a calibration standard plate. The measurement value can be traced back to the National Institute of Metrology (NIM) of China, and the measurement accuracy is high.
●Good consistency between instrument stations, up to Δ E * ab<0.12
●Good measurement repeatability and long-term stability;
High performance optical design and software and hardware configuration, good measurement repeatability, can be used for color quality control of batch products.
