Scope of use:

H3723LV Suspension Wet Heat Sterilization Biological IndicatorUsed for monitoring the effectiveness of steam spraying or liquid sterilization at pressures such as 121 ℃.

Usage:

1. Remove the purple bacterial tube from the plastic tube and place it in the sterilized solution for sterilization.

After sterilization, place the purple bacterial tube back into the plastic tube and tighten the bottle cap.

3. Place BI in a biological indicator incubator and incubate at a temperature of 56-58 ℃ for 48 hours.

4. Positive control: Cultivate the product without sterilization treatment simultaneously. Positive control must be performed during each cultivation.

Result judgment:

Negative: If the color of the culture medium remains purple, it indicates sterilization*

Positive: Referring to the color of the positive control tube, if the color of the culture medium changes (purple turns yellow), it indicates that sterilization is not effective*
