Safety Guidelines for Use

1. All users must receive operational training before using this machine.

Before maintenance, remember to unplug or cut off the power plug.

To avoid accidents, the power plug must be unplugged or the power must be cut off when shutting down.

4. All maintenance work must be carried out by qualified electricians or technicians.

5. In any case, the machine should be stored in a dry room as much as possible to avoid rain, and a dry cloth should be used when cleaning the machine.

To avoid wire damage, do not run heavy objects over or pull them forcefully. 8. Before unplugging or inserting the power plug, the local switch must be turned off first.

8. Do not use this machine in close proximity to flammable materials, gasoline, and gas environments to avoid causing fire or explosion.

9. The user manual of this machine should be placed intact next to the machine for the staff to read in a timely manner.

10. Do not open the box door when the purifier is in operation.

5、 Installation instructions

1. The purifier can be installed before or after the fan, and it is recommended to install it before the fan;

When the purifier is installed on a bracket, it should be securely connected to the bracket;

The connection between the purifier and the exhaust pipe must be sealed;

4. The purifier can be installed indoors or outdoors, but there should be sufficient space for maintenance and repair;

5. The purifier casing should be reliably grounded;

During the installation process, it is not allowed to bump the electrodes and foreign objects are strictly prohibited from falling into the purifier;

7. The connection of various electrical appliances in the purifier body and the electrical control box should be reliable and error free.

2、 Working principle: When low-temperature plasma decomposes pollutants such as oil mist and exhaust gas, high-energy ions in the plasma play a decisive role. The high-energy plasma resembling a meteor shower collides non elastically with the medium, converting energy into the internal energy of the ground state medium, and undergoing a series of processes such as excitation, dissociation, and ionization to activate the polluted medium. Under the action of plasma, the pollutant medium generates active free radicals, and the activated pollutant molecules are released through a plasma oriented chain chemical reaction. When the average energy of ions exceeds the chemical chain binding energy in the contaminated medium, molecular chain segments break, the contaminated medium decomposes, and is collected under the action of the adsorption field of the plasma generator. In low-temperature plasma, various chemical reactions that may occur are determined by the composition of the pollutant medium, which mainly depends on the average energy of the plasma, ion density, gas temperature, pollutant medium concentration, and coexisting medium composition.
