Operating Procedures

1. According to the safety electricity regulations, when connecting the lighting power supply and testing the power supply to the motor, turn on the power and jog the host to check if it is running normally.

2. Water supply: According to the label on the body seat, check whether there is any leakage or dripping of cooling water in and out, and ensure smooth water supply and outflow.

3. Air pump: Connect the air delivery pipe of the air machine to the airway, and turn on the air compressor at the same time. It can only be used when the air pressure reaches 0.6-0.8MPA or above.

4. Oil: Add oil into the gearbox and gearbox. Note: Add 2/3 of the oil in the gearbox.

5. VC plastic upper bearing shaft, adjust the inner and outer cone nuts, move the mold to the lower point, PVC plastic passes by, and the rear lifting seat is opened and pressed. 1. The green indicator light for turning on the power is on, and the two heating switches for forming the upper and lower parts and heat sealing are respectively turned on for operation. The temperature controller controls the forming temperature, usually pre-set at 100 º C, and the second temperature controller controls the heat sealing, pre-set at 130 º C~140 º C. The upper and lower forming and heat sealing temperature controllers preset the temperature; It depends on specific discretion.

2. Put down the pressure block on the feeding roller, the temperature of the forming heating plate is in place, and then turn on the main machine. The plastic PVC is formed first, and the forming bubble hole is in line with the hole position of the heat sealing mold. Pay attention to the heat sealing mold seat cylinder and place the heat sealing mold to press the aluminum foil, which will be driven to the punch.

Observe whether the plastic (referring to the machine surface that has become a new PVC) moves laterally. If there is a deviation, adjust the direction of the pressure roller seat to adjust the guiding direction.

3. If the aluminum foil deviates left and right, the handwheel of the roller seat can be adjusted to be correct. If there is a deviation before and after, the box can be adjusted to move.

4. After the hot sealing and loading are normal, moderately open the feeder switch and gate to allow the medicine (tablet capsules, grain clothes) to enter the feeding chamber in an appropriate amount. If there is a small amount of cylinder material, it can be manually filled. If medicine is brought into the hot sealing mold, it will seriously affect synchronization. Therefore, when the aluminum foil is sealed and stuck to the mold, it should be stopped for processing.

5. Due to the increase in drug weight, the tension of aluminum foil and the gradual change in machine temperature may vary, which may result in asynchronous molding and heat sealing, leading or lagging. First, check whether there is a negative barrier between the plastic PVC and aluminum foil, and then adjust it using the machine's fine adjustment mechanism. The fine adjustment mechanism is backward in the mold due to its adjustment distance or the front and back adjustment of the box. As shown in Figure (2), it should be placed in the middle position before starting up, and can be moved forward or backward. It can also be adjusted by moving the front box. After correct movement, the section will not be correct until more than ten versions have been completed. Therefore, do not adjust it randomly before finishing.

6. The heat sealing quality of plastic and aluminum foils (even, firm and straight bonding) is demonstrated by the temperature or pressure, and the flatness of the checkered plate. If there is a poor heat sealing, the temperature is generally appropriate, the pressure is slightly lower, the regulator is positive, and then the screw pressure is adjusted.

7. Punching offset, use layout offset for cutting, as shown in Figure (3). Stop the machine and move the manual adjustment box, the mold can now be adjusted and moved.

8. In daily operation knowledge and for operation work, it is necessary to understand the structural principle of the machine, which is driven by the cam and the roller of the top rod seat,

Up and down travel, the position of the upper cover template is fixed, and there is a poor bubble cover condition. Pay attention to the lower forming mold or heat seal to the upper dead center, fix the column nut tightly. If not careful, it is easy to cause faults, such as the roller needle of the top rod pressing biting. The troubleshooting method is shown in Figure (4).

1. Please read this manual carefully before operating and using it. To prevent operational errors and damage to the machine.

2. Before installation, check if the ground level is balanced.

3. The grounding wire should be connected according to the position of the grounding label.

4. Full time personnel training for operation and maintenance.

5. The machine should be kept clean.

6. Before machine production, all parts must be refueled (refer to the operating regulations)

7. When the machine leaves the factory, the gearbox strap must be lubricated with oil, which must be added before production.

8. Suggest using an oil-free air compressor for this machine.

9. The pressure on molding, heat sealing, indentation and other parts should not be too high, otherwise it will affect the service life. The forming and indentation of the pad should leave about one millimeter of floating space.

10. When the machine is running, it is strictly prohibited to touch the running parts (especially the longitudinal and transverse sealing heating parts) with hands to ensure personal and machine safety.
