POTOP ® The small three-layer co extrusion blown film experimental line can be used to test and process various materials, and automatically and accurately measure important signals such as melt pressure and temperature during the extrusion process. The electrical components and screw barrel of the extruder are made of well-known domestic and foreign brand products; The servo motors of each roller in the blown film frame are independently driven to achieve stable operation of each roller. The Guangzhou Putong small three-layer co extrusion blown film experimental line consists of three single screw extruders, which can prepare ABC three-layer structure cylindrical film products for laboratory formula rapid sampling and inspection, masterbatch dispersion testing, resin melt plasticization testing, small batch blown film bag making, etc.
