Operation and Instructions:

1. Before putting the equipment into use, the fan on the equipment should be checked for normal operation, abnormal noise or poor conditions, otherwise it should be shut down for repair. Check if the electromagnetic pulse valve is working properly and if the compressed air is at 0.5-0.7MPa, otherwise make adjustments.

2. Adjustment of pulse automatic dust cleaning. Read the user manual of the pulse controller carefully and adjust the pulse interval and pulse width. The adjustment of the pulse interval depends on the size of the dust volume. Generally, it can be set at around 10 seconds, and the pulse width can be set at around 0.1 seconds.

3. The dust stored in the ash collection cylinder should be cleaned regularly and periodically.

4. After the equipment is running, the dust collection effect of the equipment should be visually monitored. If obvious dust is found flying out of the clean air outlet, it indicates that the filter cartridge in the dust collector is loose or damaged, and should be checked and replaced in a timely manner. The filter cartridge should be cleaned every six months. The cleaning method is to carefully remove the filter cartridge, rinse it with clean water, and let it dry. It should not collide with hard objects to prevent scratching the filter material and reducing the dust collection effect. The disassembly of the filter cartridge should be carried out according to the "replacement method".
