The polishing dust removal table is a dust removal equipment used for processing small workpieces such as cutting, welding, and polishing, which generates particulate pollutants and purifies various types of dust and smoke. The work platform is designed as an integrated part of the dust collector, with a compact structure and easy use. It is an essential equipment for the plastic, wood, stone and other raw material processing industries.
The polishing and dust removal table has six main components. In addition to the electric control door, filter element, and fan that are the same as the welding smoke purifier, it also has a uniquely designed suction port, worktable, and side door.
Its purification principle for dust and smoke is the same as that of a welding smoke purifier. Both use negative pressure from a fan to suck smoke and dust into the filtering chamber of the polishing and dust removal table. When the air containing dust flows through the horizontally arranged filter element, more than 90% of the dust is filtered and intercepted. The purified clean air is then discharged through an exhaust port and re enters the indoor air circulation.

The smoke and dust capture of the polishing dust removal table is jointly undertaken by the suction port and the worktable. The worktable is the tabletop where the workpiece is placed, with circular holes and uniform wind speed, which can absorb newly produced smoke and dust.
The suction port is designed in a vertical row, which can absorb smoke and dust particles floating in the air. There is also a layer of fire-resistant net at the suction port to prevent sparks and splashes from entering the interior of the polishing and dust removal table, damaging the filter element. Through the dual smoke and dust capture of the suction port and workbench, about 80-90% of the smoke and dust generated during work will be sucked into the polishing and dust removal table.
On both sides of the workbench, there are two openable movable side doors that can accommodate large workpiece operations and assist in smoke and dust capture, making it very flexible.
The polishing and dust removal table is also equipped with a dust cleaning system, controlled by an automatic pulse controller. The back blowing interval time and frequency can be set by oneself. By replacing the dust cleaning filter element, the frequency can be reduced, which not only saves time and effort but also saves maintenance costs.
In terms of product safety, the dust removal table is equipped with explosion-proof lights and sealed electrical components to prevent powder from entering the electrical appliances and causing short circuits, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
