The Gallop Grinder-R series high-throughput frozen tissue grinder is a special, fast, efficient, and multi tube consistent system. It can extract and purify raw DNA, RNA, and proteins from any source, including soil, plant and animal tissues/organs, bacteria, yeast, fungi, spores, paleontological specimens, etc. Compared with other existing sample preparation methods, it has the advantages of wide universality, high efficiency and flexibility. This system avoids many disadvantages such as laborious, time-consuming, and inefficient traditional methods such as grinding, homogenization, and ultrasonic treatment, and can efficiently, quickly, and stably lyse and purify nucleic acids and proteins of various types of samples.

Easily complete sample processing in just 4 steps

01. Place the sample and grinding beads into a centrifuge tube or grinding jar

The Gallop Grinder-R series high-throughput frozen tissue grinder adopts a special three-dimensional integrated motion mode, which utilizes high-frequency reciprocating vibration, impact, and shear of grinding beads (zirconia, steel beads, glass beads, ceramic beads). Quickly achieve the goal. Make the ground samples more complete, uniform, with better sample repeatability and no cross contamination between samples.
1. Multiple operations and good results: Efficient and fast work can complete the grinding of 2ml × 24, 2ml × 48, and 2ml × 96 samples within 1 minute. Time and effort saving, with small differences between batches and within batches. The extracted protein has higher specific activity and longer nucleic acid fragments.
2. No cross contamination: The sample tube is in a fully enclosed state during the crushing process, and disposable centrifuge tubes and beads can be used. The samples are kept intact in the tube to avoid cross contamination between samples and external contamination.

5. Convenient low-temperature operation: When a low-temperature grinding environment is required, the adapter containing the sample can be immersed in liquid nitrogen and cooled for 1-2 minutes. After removal, it can be quickly fixed on the host to start grinding without the need for further freezing treatment, saving liquid nitrogen.
6. Good repeatability: Setting the same procedure for the same tissue sample can achieve the same grinding effect. The working time is short, and the sample temperature will not rise.
