From film forming, coding, material measurement, filling, sealing, to finished product output, all are fully automated.

The leisure food packaging machine series models adopt a sturdy SS304 stainless steel frame, making it more stable as a whole. All electrical components are made by Schneider from France or Mitsubishi from Japan, including PLCs, relays, touch screens, etc. The temperature control system adopts Omron from Japan, and the pneumatic control system adopts international first-class brands such as SMC from Japan to ensure its stability and handling.

According to the specifications and characteristics of the packaging materials, bags and exhaust devices will be installed. For materials with high dust, screen devices, dust covers, and industrial dust removal equipment will be installed to effectively ensure the hygiene of the equipment and production workshop.
