Product Introduction
This scanner adopts high-frequency and high-precision scanning sensors in the industry, which can perform high-precision scanning of the entire horizontal field in 360 degrees, scanning 20000 points per second (higher than the scanning frequency of 5400 points of similar German Sick products), with a horizontal angle accuracy of up to 2 ", a measuring range of up to 30 meters, and a point accuracy of less than 3 centimeters. This product is lightweight, with a total weight of less than 4 kilograms for the whole machine with a gimbal, and only takes 2-4 minutes to scan once; This product is suitable for hanging and installing on the top of coal sheds or silos. Users can use computer software to remotely control the scanner through data cables and obtain the three-dimensional coordinates of the entire material pile surface with one click. This product is suitable for single or multiple shed top installation and group suspension measurement.
1) It can be hung upside down on the top of the silo to measure the volume of materials inside, and can scan 20000 points per second;

This 3D laser scanner effectively solves this problem. The scanner has a measuring range of up to 60 meters. It has a horizontal 360 degree rotating motor drive, and due to the use of friction braking technology and high-precision angle encoder, the device can be manually or automatically rotated for scanning. Fast scanning speed, it only takes a few minutes to scan once. Due to the good real-time performance of the coal tray system, it can significantly improve the automation management level of the power plant, save manpower, and create benefits.
This product can not only achieve coal yard scanning with a single instrument, but also connect multiple laser scanners through a local area network or wireless network. The scanning frequency can be automatically set through the control center software without manual intervention. After the scanning is completed, the computer synthesizes and processes the data obtained by the 3D laser scanner, uses digital reporting technology to establish a digital model of the coal yard surface, calculates the volume of the coal pile according to the principle of volume integration, and draws a three-dimensional shape of the coal yard based on the digital model. The calculated volume multiplied by the specific gravity of coal is the coal storage capacity of the coal yard.
