Gilson SS-8R and SS-12RVibrating screen machineProvides fast and reproducible separation in terms of particle size and material type. The unique Gilson loop rotation is superior to inefficient back and forth movements, creating dead spots and preventing complete separation. The particles roll in all directions, while the top tap relocates and reassigns the particles to present a new direction to filter the surface. Lightly tapping downwards helps to clear the mesh opening for particles of similar size. This vertical bidirectional tapping operation produces 48 faucets per minute. These high-capacity vibrators can accommodate up to twenty sieves, depending on the model and sieve frame size. The characteristics of these two models are a balanced mechanism design for stable operation, as well as our unique EZ fixture system to ensure testing of the sieve stack. The EZ clamping knob and the clamping rod that slides up and down with the overall screen cover, as well as the push and safety of a button, are just a twist. This component is kept in a position that allows for quick and easy replacement of the sieve stack. The precision digital controller has button start and automatic reset to programmed testing time, with accurate repeatability. The tapping filter is driven by a 1/3 HP heavy-duty electric motor and has a sturdy painted steel casing. Available in models with 115V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz power supply.

SS-8R series JION 8SiN screening filterCan accommodate twenty 8-inch (203mm) half height sieves or ten full height sieves with pots. The recommended particle size range is 1 inch to 635 (25mm to 20 μ m). The characteristics of a single material may affect the useful particle size range.

SS-12R series Gilson 8 and 12 inch screening filtersUp to thirteen and a half heights, ten middle heights, or six full height 12in (305mm) sieve plates and pots. A 300mm ISO sieve can also be used. The effective screening area in the 12 sieve is more than 8 times that of the sieve. The recommended particle size range is 2IN to 635 (50mm to 20 μ m). The characteristics of a single material may affect the useful particle size range. SS-12R provides an adapter to accept an 8-inch (203mm) sieve or a 200mm ISO sieve.
