When the measured medium flows through the flowmeter, the gear is driven to rotate under the pressure difference of the medium. Every time the gear rotates, a fixed volume of medium is discharged. By using sensors (such as magneto electric or photoelectric) to detect the number of rotations of gears, mechanical rotation is converted into electrical signals, and the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate are calculated by the signal processing unit. Its measurement accuracy is not significantly affected by changes in fluid viscosity, making it particularly suitable for precise measurement of high viscosity media
