Product Description: High purity nickel plate (Ni ≥ 99.99%, oxygen blank ≤ 5mm) undergoes a series of processes including cold rolling, stamping at least 10 times, demolding, annealing in a reduction furnace, removal of surface oxide layer, manual weighing and screening, bottling and vacuum pumping. Ultimately, the blank can be controlled at 5-10 ppm (0.0005-0.001%), which is even better than imported products!

1. High quality nickel plates from Jinchuan Alloy are selected, and raw materials are controlled from the source. Each batch of raw materials is tested at least twice (internally by the company and by third-party research institutes), and the blank of the original nickel plates is strictly controlled not to exceed 5ppm (3-5ppm)

2. Due to the thickness of the original nickel plate, it needs to be cold-rolled and thinned in order to make the nickel plate into a suitable thickness (different specifications and unit weights of nickel bags require different thicknesses of nickel plates)

3. The cold-rolled nickel plate is stamped at least 10 times by a stamping machine (different specifications of nickel bags will have different stamping parameters), and then demolded after stamping to form the corresponding specifications of nickel bag semi-finished products

4. During the cold rolling and stamping process, the temperature changes greatly, which can cause significant stress inside the cooled nickel bladder. It is very hard and cannot be directly used (difficult to pinch and seal). Therefore, it is necessary to use a reduction furnace annealing to make the nickel bladder softer for easy sealing during later use, and to reduce oxygen blank appropriately (after this process, the oxygen blank of the nickel bladder will reach about 25ppm)

5. Blank reduction treatment. Due to the high temperature and stretching during the early processing, a stubborn metal oxide layer will be formed on the metal surface and in small cracks. Simple cleaning cannot remove the oxide layer on the surface and in the cracks. Through exploration with multiple metallurgical research institutes and research units, we have developed an effective surface deoxygenation method, which can reduce the oxygen blank of finished nickel bags to below 10ppm, and even some specifications of nickel bags can be reduced to the original oxygen blank of nickel plates (≤ 5ppm), which is significantly better than imported similar products

6. Due to the multiple processing steps in the early stage, a small amount of nickel bags may deform, leak, and have surface smoothness that does not meet the standards. Therefore, we will manually select and weigh them before bottling to ensure that every bottle and nickel bag sent to customers is a high-quality product

7. Due to long-term storage, the surface of the nickel bags may be oxidized again by oxygen in the air (causing an increase of about 2ppm in oxygen blank per year), resulting in an increase in blank. We also perform vacuum treatment after bottling each batch of nickel bags to facilitate long-term storage for our customers and agents
