The end of the stator core of large capacity steam turbine generators and water turbine generators operates at around 80 ℃ for a long time and is subjected to significant electromagnetic forces, mechanical vibrations, and shear stresses. The stator core ends of more than 200MW and 300MW hydropower and thermal power units in our factory are bonded with 881F grade silicon steel sheet adhesive to form a sturdy whole, improving the structure of the motor stator core end and reducing the tooth vibration at the core end. The use effect is good, and it is now planned to be used for bonding the stator core end of a 600MW steam turbine generator produced in cooperation with Hitachi. Therefore, the performance test of 881F grade silicon steel sheet adhesive has been re conducted, and the results show that the adhesive has good performance and meets Hitachi's specifications and standards. It can be used for bonding the stator core end of a 600MW steam turbine generator.
