Description:

The air injected into the mill allows for fine grinding without the need for wet grinding. Air makes the material bed fluidized, which can remove fine ground materials and prevent the re aggregation of fine materials. The material can be effectively reduced to 45 microns (feed 20 to 50 mesh).

The spring suspended grinding chamber applies almost all the energy of the driver directly to the grinder and the material being ground. The result is that the grinder is highly efficient, with a fast grinding cycle that can grind to -1 micron, transmitting minimal force to the support foundation. It is an air sweep option for dry precision grinding, a workbench accessory for wet grinding, has low maintenance costs, and is suitable for grinding various materials.

The 1040 type is a pilot scale rolling mill with a diameter of 10 inches and a length of 40 inches, equipped with a 5 Hp/230-460 3 Ph/50-60 Hz electric motor and a driver made of carbon steel. Optional polyurethane wear-resistant lining can also be provided. This grinder is suitable for continuous grinding of materials (quartz) weighing 200-400 pounds per hour.
