On the basis of selecting high stability humidity sensitive devices, a precise and complete gas path system and circuit design are configured, relying on strict process flow, to create a new type of dew point meter that is accurate, reliable, and fast in measurement, avoiding the weakness of easy drift of such humidity sensitive components. It has good long-term stability and is resistant to dust particles, not affected by oil and gas and most chemical gases.
