Overview
The LFIX-5000 gas dynamic temperature and humidity proportioning system is mainly used for the proportional mixing of 5 gases. The equipment can directly change the medium and range of the gas used, and the gas concentration can be proportionally adjusted and the proportioning range can be amplified. Firstly, the entire equipment system pipeline can be vacuumed online, and the mixed gas can be directly input into the gas concentration analyzer equipment at the back end for concentration analysis. The analyzed gas can be automatically adjusted through a closed-loop control program set in the front end. The mixed gas can be adjusted for flow rate at the back end, and the humidity and temperature of the gas can be controlled simultaneously.
