The company focuses on research and development innovation, promotes development through technology, and has established the Wuxi Saifu Safety Equipment Co., Ltd. Science and Technology Association. At present, R&D personnel account for 30% of the total number of employees in the company, with comprehensive talents in software, electronics, electrical, structural, testing, inspection, and process engineering. Every year, 12% of the company's total output value is invested in product research and development.
