5、 Installation matters:
1. Leave sufficient space around the sewage lifting station to facilitate the installation of isolation valves at the inlet of the water collection tank for easy maintenance.
2. If the sewage lifting station is installed in a basement with groundwater leakage, please install a separate drainage pump.
3. All pipelines connected to the sewage lifting station must use flexible connectors. The inlet, outlet, and ventilation pipes on the water collection tank must not have any pressure. If the pipeline is long, please provide support.
4. Install gooseneck or reverse water seal to prevent sewage from flowing back.
5. The sewage lifting station needs to be fixed on a flat surface.
6. It is recommended to install a manual diaphragm pump and drain the water collection tank in case of pump failure.
7. The foot of the equipment base is punched in position and fixed with M12 * 100 expansion bolts.

6、 Working principle:
The sewage containing impurities is connected to the sewage inlet of the equipment through the drainage pipeline and enters the water collection tank. The water collection tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the water collection is full, the sewage pump is automatically controlled to start and discharge the sewage. The sewage, together with impurities, is transported to the outdoor septic tank or urban sewage pipeline through the sewage discharge outlet. When the liquid level drops to the set value, the sewage pump automatically stops running.
When configuring multiple water pumps to run in parallel, automatic rotation can be scheduled to ensure that the running time of each pump is basically the same.
Regularly open the self flushing valve to prevent sedimentation in the water collection tank.
