1、 Product Introduction and Application Scenarios:
GTOS single-stage double suction open pump is used to deliver clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water at a temperature not exceeding 105 ° C.

4、 Hydraulic:

5、 Sealing:

8、 Structure:

During maintenance, only the pump cover needs to be lifted out, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance without disassembling the pipeline, which is very convenient.
The motor can be installed on the left or right end as needed, making it convenient for on-site installation. Structurally shortening the axial dimensions of rotor components results in better shaft rigidity and more stable and reliable operation. Installation of pump unit
Installation of pumps and motors without a common base
1. Before installation, the concrete foundation must be sturdy and the surface should be smooth and even.
2. Insert the anchor bolts into the reserved holes on the foundation, place the pump on the foundation, and adjust the level at the shaft or outlet end with a spirit level. A cushion block must be placed near the anchor bolts between the base and the foundation.
3. After adjusting the level of the pump, grout the anchor bolts. Once the mortar is firm, tighten the bolts evenly and readjust the level.
Installation of pumps and motors with a common base
1. Measure and record the position of the pump.
2. Place the pump unit on the foundation, insert the anchor bolts into the foundation and adjust them. If grouting is required for the base, leave a gap of 40-50mm between the foundation and the base.
3. Grout the foundation bolts and make them sturdy.
4. Use adjustment screws to precisely adjust the unit and align it at the coupling.
5. Tighten the anchor bolts evenly.
6. If necessary, the base can be grouted, rechecked, and adjusted with gaskets at this time.
Adjustment of pumps and motors
It is necessary to ensure that the pump and motor are accurately aligned at the coupling. Even if the pump and motor are provided as a complete unit, they need to be aligned if necessary.
Method: If the axial and radial deviation of the coupling does not exceed 0.04mm, it can be considered that the pump unit has been well aligned.
Rotate the measuring tool evenly at both ends of the coupling by 90 ° each time, and check with a vernier caliper or micrometer. The readings at all points must be uniform.
