1、 Product Introduction and Application Scenarios:

GTOS single-stage double suction open pump is used to deliver clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water at a temperature not exceeding 105 ° C.

Used for transporting liquids in water plants, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning circulating water, heating hot water circulation, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, ships, building water supply, irrigation, drainage pump stations, oil refining industries, and other occasions.

2、 Six major characteristics:

The design of this series of products has the following technical advantages compared to other manufacturers' double suction pumps in the industry:


1. Compact structure, good overall rigidity, and high operational stability;


2. Overall structural reinforcement design, with a shell design pressure rating of 1.6MPa, inlet and outlet flange pressure rating of 2.5MPa, and an overall pressure resistance capacity of 2.5MPa. 4、 Hydraulic:

The optimized hydraulic model not only enables the pump to have excellent hydraulic performance, but also eliminates the problem of axial force that troubles the operation of pumps, especially large pumps. The pump body, pump cover, and impeller are precision cast, and the smooth flow surface improves the anti cavitation performance and efficiency of the pump.


5、 Sealing:

There are two common methods: packing seal or mechanical seal, which are not limited by steering. For packing seals, there is sufficient space for replacing the packing.

1. The allowable working pressure is 2.5Mpa; The pump inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 2.5Mpa. According to the pressure borne by the pump casing, the materials of the pump body and pump cover are gray cast iron (1.6Mpa), ductile iron (2.0Mpa), and cast steel (2.5Mpa). 7、 Bearings:

8、 Structure:

Compact structure and good stability. This type of pump has a split structure with the pump casing, and both the inlet and outlet are located on the pump body. During maintenance, only the pump cover needs to be lifted out, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance without disassembling the pipeline, which is very convenient.

The motor can be installed on the left or right end as needed, making it convenient for on-site installation. Structurally shortening the axial dimensions of rotor components results in better shaft rigidity and more stable and reliable operation. There is a pump body sealing ring, and two impeller sealing rings can be selected. The sealing ring can be replaced after wear, reducing operation and maintenance costs.

Before placing the unit on the foundation, the concrete must be sturdy and the surface should be smooth and even.

1. Before installation, the concrete foundation must be sturdy and the surface should be smooth and even.


2. Insert the anchor bolts into the reserved holes on the foundation, place the pump on the foundation, and adjust the level at the shaft or outlet end with a spirit level. A cushion block must be placed near the anchor bolts between the base and the foundation.


3. After adjusting the level of the pump, grout the anchor bolts. Once the mortar is firm, tighten the bolts evenly and readjust the level.


Installation of pumps and motors with a common base

1. Measure and record the position of the pump.


2. Place the pump unit on the foundation, insert the anchor bolts into the foundation and adjust them. If grouting is required for the base, leave a gap of 40-50mm between the foundation and the base.


3. Grout the foundation bolts and make them sturdy.


4. Use adjustment screws to precisely adjust the unit and align it at the coupling.


5. Tighten the anchor bolts evenly.


6. If necessary, the base can be grouted, rechecked, and adjusted with gaskets at this time.


Adjustment of pumps and motors

It is necessary to ensure that the pump and motor are accurately aligned at the coupling. Even if the pump and motor are provided as a complete unit, they need to be aligned if necessary.


Method: If the axial and radial deviation of the coupling does not exceed 0.04mm, it can be considered that the pump unit has been well aligned.


Rotate the measuring tool evenly at both ends of the coupling by 90 ° each time, and check with a vernier caliper or micrometer. The readings at all points must be uniform.


Before starting the pump, it is necessary to check the operating data to ensure that the data on the nameplate, such as working pressure, frequency, and temperature of the delivered liquid, match the data on the contract and system.
