GTI Jinko Positive and Negative Pressure Airtightness TesterThe AL-600 series is an integrated airtightness testing instrument that combines both positive and negative pressure testing functions. ○Basic Principles
Positive and negative pressure airtightness testing instruments are usually based onPressure attenuation methodorDifferential pressure comparison method:
Positive pressure testFill the interior of the tested product with clean air at a certain pressure, then turn off the air source and observe if the pressure drops.
Negative pressure test (vacuum test)After vacuuming the product, seal it and observe if there is any external gas infiltration causing pressure to rise.
Through high-precision pressure sensors and control systems, the instrument can automatically determine whether the leakage is within the allowable range and output qualified/unqualified results.
