2、 Product Overview:
The traditional water supply method cannot do without reservoirs, and the water in reservoirs is usually supplied by the tap water network. In this way, pressurized water enters the reservoir and becomes zero, resulting in a large amount of energy waste. The GTGW variable frequency speed regulation non negative pressure water supply equipment is a complete set of water supply equipment developed by our professional technical personnel on the basis of pneumatic water supply equipment, which can be directly connected to the tap water pipe network and does not have any negative effect on the tap water pipe network.


It can replace reservoirs and fully utilize the pressure of the tap water network to directly or indirectly supply water, avoiding secondary energy waste and pollution, significantly saving infrastructure investment and shortening construction period. The GTGW variable frequency speed regulation non negative pressure water supply equipment consists of an intelligent variable frequency control cabinet, a steady flow tank, a water pump unit, a table, valves and pipelines, a base, etc. It is suitable for all water supply systems that require increased water pressure and constant flow.

3、 Product Usage:


The GTGW series variable frequency speed regulation non negative pressure water supply equipment can be used for domestic water supply and also for fire water supply. It can be equipped with any type of water pump. When the equipment is used for fire protection, it is recommended to equip it with a fire specific water pump.

6. Water free shutdown function

5、 Working principle:
The equipment is put into use, and the water from the tap water pipeline enters the steady flow tank. The air inside the tank is discharged from the vacuum eliminator, and when the water is full, the vacuum eliminator automatically shuts off. When the pressure of the tap water network can meet the water requirements, the system supplies water directly to the water network through a bypass check valve; When the pressure of the tap water network cannot meet the water requirements, the system pressure signal is fed back to the variable frequency controller through a remote pressure gauge. The water pump runs and automatically adjusts the speed and constant pressure water supply according to the amount of water used. If the running water pump reaches the power frequency speed, another water pump will start variable frequency operation. When the water pump is supplying water, if the water volume in the tap water network is greater than the flow rate of the water pump, the system will maintain normal water supply.


During peak water usage, if the water volume in the tap water network is less than the flow rate of the small pump, the water in the stabilizing tank can still be supplied normally as a supplementary water source. At this time, air enters the stabilizing tank through a vacuum eliminator, and the vacuum inside the tank is destroyed, ensuring that the tap water network does not generate negative pressure. After the peak water usage, the system returns to normal water supply.




When the water supply network is shut down, causing the liquid level in the stabilizing tank to continuously decrease, the liquid level detector will feedback the signal to the variable frequency controller, and the water pump will automatically stop to protect the water pump unit. When there is a low flow of water supply at night and the pressure of the tap water network cannot meet the requirements, the pressure tank can store and release energy, avoiding frequent starting of the water pump.


6、 Installation requirements:
1. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.


2. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.


3. If a check valve is installed in the discharge pipeline, it should be installed outside the gate valve.


4. The installation methods of non negative pressure water supply equipment pumps are divided into rigid connection installation and flexible connection installation.


5. Before installing the non negative pressure water supply equipment, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation


6. When installing non negative pressure water supply equipment, it is not allowed to add pipeline capacity to the pump to avoid deformation and affecting normal operation.




7、 Installation and Debugging
1. The basic dimensions on site should be constructed according to the foundation drawing provided by our company, and its position and elevation should comply with the engineering design and water conservancy requirements; When pouring cement slurry for the second time, it should meet the horizontal requirements, and its longitudinal and transverse levelness should not exceed 0.1%


2. After the equipment is installed in place, all fasteners should be tightened, and the equipment should be carefully checked for any running or dripping water to avoid water leakage caused by transportation vibration.


3. The power supply incoming line requires a three-phase five wire system, with a voltage requirement of AC380, ± 10%. If there is a leakage protection switch at the power supply incoming line end, the leakage current must be greater than 500MA. Otherwise, during frequency conversion operation, the user will trip in the air (because the frequency converter is a power element composed of multiple components).


4. After the equipment is powered on, manually set the machine and adjust the forward and reverse rotation of each pump; If it is reversed, the corresponding input two-phase power supply can be switched. If it is reversed during frequency conversion, change the frequency converter parameter 1003 to 1 or 2 for switching (ABB frequency conversion).


5. When adjusting the automatic mode, attention should be paid to the wiring of the corresponding numbers of the three protectors. The leakage protection switch at the bottom of the tank is normally in the open state with water and closed state without water. Before wiring, use a multimeter to check.


6. The equipment parameters are fully digitized in Chinese. When setting values, attention should be paid to the protection value for low tap water inlet and the acceleration time of the frequency converter, sleep time, timed pump cut-off time, and positive and negative pump cut-off differences. They are all set at the factory. If there are special requirements on site, please consult our technical department.
