1、 Structure and working principle

The whole machine is divided into two parts: mechanical and electronic control. The electronic control part consists of pressure sensors and an electrical control box, etc; The mechanical part consists of a multi-stage feeding mechanism, a force measuring hopper, a bag clamping mechanism, a frame, etc.

When the electronic scale is in operation, under the control of the controller, the discharge door is first closed, and the automatic peeling and zeroing are carried out before opening the feeding mechanism for feeding. The material continuously enters the measuring hopper, and the pressure sensor converts the weight of the material into a corresponding electrical signal, which is sent to the controller. The controller displays the weight value of the material in its panel window and outputs control signals in sequence according to the set parameters, causing the feeding mechanism toFast, medium, and slowThe flow rate continuously feeds the measuring hopper. Due to the previous use of a three-stage combination cylinder, it caused severe shaking of the entire machine. The bag clamping toggle switch controls the opening and clamping of the bag clamping mechanism for manual bagging operations; And only when the bag clamping mechanism is in a clamped state, the controller will issue a filling control signal to release the material.
