2. Adopting a non metering bucket structure, the whole machine has a low height and occupies a small space. It is equipped with a conveyor sewing machine that can be raised and lowered on the table, making it versatile.

3. Specially designed with bag tapping device and bag clamping sealing mechanism, more suitable for packaging powder materials.

4. Adaptive software with functions such as automatic setting of control parameters, automatic correction of drop, over tolerance alarm, and fault self diagnosis.

1、 Technical performance

Lifting conveyor

1. Composition of belt conveyor sewing machine: including conveyor frame (including belt conveyor and speed regulating motor), sewing machine column (including sewing machine, sewing machine motor, and operation control box)

2. The conveyor has a length of 2.2 meters and a width of 0.40 meters.

3. The conveyor speed can be adjusted to match the sewing speed. The conveyor height can be adjusted, and the sewing machine can be adjusted to match the height of the bag.

4. The on-site operation control box is equipped with control buttons, travel protection, and air switches (Schneider control appliances are used).

5. The sewing machine adopts GK35-2, which uses single needle double line to prevent material from falling off when the packaging bag is filled with materials.
