1、 System Overview
(1) Working principle:
The electromagnetic coil of the solenoid valve generates magnetic force after being energized, attracting the iron core to drive the valve core to move, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the water flow in the pipeline.
(2) Job nature:
1. Electromagnetic valves can only be fully opened and fully closed, with short switching time and fast opening speed.
2. If the solenoid valve is controlled by the external environment, it only needs to connect two power lines to activate.
3. Electromagnetic valves generally have a small flow coefficient and a small working pressure difference. For example, the flow coefficient of a typical 15 caliber solenoid valve is much smaller than that of a 15 caliber electric valve.
4. Electromagnetic valves are generally used in places with low flow and low pressure, requiring high switching frequency.
5. Electromagnetic valves can generally be reset when powered off.
(3) Advantages:
1. Good sealing performance. Other self-control valves usually extend the valve stem and control the rotation or movement of the valve core through electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators. This may all have leakage issues; And the solenoid valve is completed by applying electromagnetic force to the iron core sealed inside the magnetic isolation sleeve, without leakage problems, and is relatively safe to use, especially suitable for corrosive, toxic or high and low temperature media.

4、 Installation instructions
(1) Before installation, flush the pipeline to remove any impurities.
(2) If the water tower is supplying water, please choose a solenoid valve that matches the water pressure to avoid the solenoid valve being unable to supply water or the flow rate being too low.
(3) Check whether the voltage of the solenoid valve identification is consistent with the output voltage of the control power supply, whether the filter screen is complete, and whether all parts of the valve body are undamaged. The direction of water flow is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the solenoid valve.
(4) Electromagnetic valves should be installed indoors in areas that are easy to maintain and avoid causing other associated losses. Attention should be paid to antifreeze and sun protection to prevent the valve body from freezing, cracking, and aging, thus shortening its service life. The coil is facing upwards during installation.
(5) Do not use wrenches or other tools on the coil and plastic parts. The interface pipes at both ends of the solenoid valve should be kept in the same straight line. Do not forcefully install when the two interfaces are misaligned up and down to ensure that the solenoid valve is not damaged during installation; It should be ensured that the installed solenoid valve is not affected by pipeline misalignment torque.
(6) After installation, power on for testing.
(7) If there are defective solenoid valves, use adhesive labels to label the faults and indicate factors such as location, time, fault symptoms, and person handling them, in order to facilitate the manufacturer's quality identification and improvement.
