2、 Product Features

1. Flame retardant performance: Grades 1580 and UTR are UL rated V-0. Grade UTR does not contain halogens, and the system emits very little smoke and toxic fumes when ignited.
2. Mechanical strength: High strength glass fiber reinforced polyester laminates will not crush. Due to its isolation properties, rigid laminated materials provide structural support. Easy to bend laminated materials can be used for applications with a small bending diameter of 19mm.
3. Heat resistance: The protective properties and spatial stability provided by laminated materials during the heating process. These laminated materials have UL temperature ratings within the electronic range of 120-210 ℃ and the mechanical range of 130-210 ℃.
4. Easy to form: These materials can be easily processed and formed using standard metal handling equipment. It can be stamped, drilled, machined, sheared, and sandblasted. Grade UTR is renowned in machining centers for its ease of high-speed production and molding. Grade 1580 punching is clean and fast.
5. Products with smoke and dust are of poor quality. The product has excellent adhesion and the material itself is environmentally friendly, without producing smoke or dust.
6. Toxic gases are produced. Poor quality products generally use flame retardants to achieve flame retardant effects, so there are pungent toxic gases when burned. As the flame retardant evaporates, the product performance also decreases, and it should not be used in environments with human contact or in hot environments.
7. Combustion stratification, due to the irregular structure of glass fiber felt, the mechanical tension of GPO-3 comes from the inside, and internal stratification does not occur during high-temperature carbonization. If there is stratification during combustion, it is a poor quality product.
8. Voltage endurance: 3mm thickness ≥ 25KV, 4mm thickness ≥ 33KV, 5-6mm thickness ≥ 42KV, 7-10mm thickness ≥ 48KV, and thickness above 10mm ≥ 60KV.
