1、 Overview
GM-1 Rotary Roller Wear TesterIt mainly consists of a power system, a rotating roller, a sample gripper, an automatic shutdown system, a gear rack and small transmission gear device for sample rotation, a base, and a dust collector. The main principle is: under a certain load, on a factual level of sandpaper, a cylindrical sample is horizontally ground on the surface of the sandpaper for a certain stroke. The mass wear of the sample is measured, and the volume wear is calculated based on the density of the sample. In order to make the experiment comparable, standard rubber must be used, and the test results should be expressed as the relative volume wear based on the verified grinding wheel or as the wear base relative to a certain standard rubber.
