GL II type radiator

GL II type is a steel double circuit (two rows) or multi circuit (four rows) air heat exchanger. The finned tubes are made of seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 18 × 2mm and are wound with 10 × O 3mm corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape with a spacing of 3.2mm. There are various surface tube numbers, tube lengths, and row numbers to form multiple specifications. The inlet and outlet pipes are located on the same side, with steam or high-temperature water as the working fluid heat source and low-temperature water or saltwater as the cold source. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler and is an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.

GL II type, numbering method:

If four rows are used, with 10 surface tubes and a length of 42 inches, then it is GL II-4-10-42.
