The GK380-3.5 series intelligent boiler controller is a new generation universal boiler controller that is optimized for high-performance microprocessors and equipped with full-color liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD). It has display functions such as text, graphics, and animation. Suitable for automatic control of steam boilers, hot water boilers, boiling water boilers, combustion engines, and hot air stoves for fuel/gas, biomass fuels, and electric heating. The controller adopts ARM technology to achieve precise measurement and constant value adjustment of various parameters. It has a compact structure, easy operation, rich information, high degree of automation, and wide application. This instruction applies to oil/gas hot water and electric hot water boilers.
2、 Main technical indicators
2.1 Input

3、 Basic operations
3.1 Refer to the corresponding furnace wiring diagram for correct wiring and connect the power supply.
3.2 Press the button, the controller will turn on, the buzzer will beep once, the display screen will light up, and the controller will enter standby mode after self checking for 3 seconds
3.3 Standby mode button, the system status displays "Running" in the upper right corner of the screen, and the controller operates according to the selected control requirements.
3.4 Operation status button, the system status in the upper right corner of the screen displays "standby", and the controller switches to standby mode.
Press the 3.5 button to turn off the controller, and the display screen will turn off.
4、 Key function
4.1 Key: Turn on/off the controller display screen.
4.2 key: Switch between running/standby mode.
4.3 Key: Open the parameter setting interface, select the setting item, and after completing the parameter setting, long press the key for 5 seconds to exit the setting interface. (Automatically exits after 15 seconds without any key action).
4.4 Key
■ Setting status: Click - Set numerical increment; Long press - Set the value to increase rapidly.
4.5 key
■ Setting status: Click to set the numerical value to decrease; Long press - Set the value to quickly decrease.
Alarm status: Cancel the sound and light alarm, and after troubleshooting, clear a fault memory with each press.
4.6 Key
■ Standby mode: Press the button to manually turn on the circulation pump, and then press this button to turn off the circulation pump;
■ Setting status: Press the button to jump to the next line of settings.
4.7 key
Alarm status: Press the key once to display the cause and solution of the alarm, then press the key to exit.
5、 Controller usage
5.1 Settings
Put the controller in standby mode.
Press the key to enter the parameter setting interface (at this time, press the key to enter the time setting, select the desired content to be modified), then press the key to select "shutdown temperature", and use the key to modify the "shutdown temperature" to the desired value. The adjustable range is 20-120 ℃.
The "shutdown temperature" button is saved in memory and displays the "ignition temperature". Use the key to modify the "ignition temperature" to the desired value, which can be set within the range of 0-115 ℃.
The "ignition temperature" button is saved in memory and displays the "pump on temperature". Use the key to modify the "pump on temperature" to the desired value, which can be set within the range of 0-120 ℃.
The "pump start temperature" button is saved in memory and displays the "pump stop temperature". Use the key to modify the "pump stop temperature" to the desired value, which can be set within the range of 0 to (pump start temperature -2 ℃).
The "pump off temperature" button is saved as memory and displays "water pump selection". Use the key to modify "main pump/backup pump"
The "water pump selection" button is saved in memory and displays "time period selection". Use the key to modify the "on/off" to the desired value. Press the button again to enter the time period setting interface and modify the timing parameters
Press and hold the key to exit the settings interface.
5.2 Time Setting
After entering the settings interface by pressing the key in the "System: Standby" state, press the key again to enter the time setting mode, select the content that needs to be modified by pressing the key, and use the key to modify it to the desired value.
5.3 Timer Function Settings
In the settings interface, press the key to bring the cursor to "time period setting" and enter the time period setting interface. Press the key once to set the first time period, use the key to set the time to be set, press the key again to bring the cursor to "stop", and then press the key again to select. A time period is turned on, press the key again to return to stop using it, and use the key to select the time period to be set. The method for setting other time periods is the same. Press and hold the key to exit the settings interface. After using time period control, if it displays "within the time period", if it is not within the time period, it displays "outside the time period"
5.4 Operation
Press the button, and the controller will enter standby mode after self checking for 3 seconds.
If there is a fault, it will sound and light an alarm, and display the name of the fault source at the same time.
Press the button to put the controller into operation.
When the outlet water temperature is lower than the set value of "shutdown temperature", start the burner or heater; When the water temperature reaches the set value of "shutdown temperature", turn off the burner or heater.
Restart the burner or heater when the water temperature is below the "ignition temperature"
5.5 Manual
Press the button to start the manual circulation pump in the "System: Standby" state, and then press the button again to select to turn off the circulation pump.
6、 Alarm
6.1 Overtemperature alarm
When the oil outlet temperature exceeds the set value of "over temperature alarm", the controller enters over temperature alarm protection, the buzzer sounds an alarm, and displays "over temperature"; Simultaneously turn off the burner or heater.
6.2 Water shortage alarm
When the water level is lower than the water level electrode, it enters the water shortage alarm protection, the buzzer sounds an alarm, displays "water shortage", and turns off the burner or heater
6.3 Overheating alarm
When the thermal protection switch is disconnected, such as when the boiler is dry burning, it enters the overheat alarm protection, the buzzer sounds an alarm, displays "overheat", and the burner is turned off
6.4 Temperature control alarm
When the temperature probe is disconnected or short circuited, it enters the temperature control alarm protection, the buzzer sounds an alarm, and displays "temperature control"; Simultaneously turn off the burner.
6.5 Alarm Handling
Once the controller enters alarm protection, all faults that have occurred are memorized, and the keys will not respond until the fault is resolved.
Press the (mute) button to stop the sound alarm.
After troubleshooting, press the mute button once to clear a fault memory until all memories are cleared and the controller returns to standby mode. If there are memories that cannot be cleared, it indicates that there is still a fault present.
After troubleshooting, confirm that the furnace temperature, pressure, water level, etc. meet the operating conditions before restarting the operation.
