working principle:

The suspension enters the high-speed rotating drum through the feeding valve, and the feeding process is controlled by time or material controller until the drum is allowed to be filled to the maximum extent. During the feeding process, the filtration of the mother liquor begins simultaneously and the permeation of the filter cake layer has been completed. The washing solution is controlled by a time or flow valve, and is sprayed onto the filter cake through the washing tube and spray hole to wash the filter cake after removing the mother liquor. After the filter cake layer is dried, it is cut by a lifting scraper or a rotating scraper, and then sent out of the machine through an inclined bucket or a screw conveyor. These processes can be completed manually or automatically through electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical operations.
