The GH-6030AH+SF-6040E fully automatic cuff packaging machine is designed for individual objects or products without pallets. After being connected to the production line, this machine automatically feeds, wraps, seals, shrinks, cools, and shapes. It is an automated packaging equipment that does not require manual operation. It can be packaged in various forms such as 6 bottles (2X3), 8 bottles (2X4), 9 bottles (3X3), 12 bottles (3X4), 15 bottles (3X5), 18 bottles (3X6), 20 bottles (4X5), 24 bottles (4X6), etc;

Adopting Schneider PLC programmable logic controller and intelligent touch screen matching, realizing the integration of machine, electricity, and gas;
This machine can be packaged in two rows, three rows, four rows and other bottomless heat shrink packaging according to production requirements. When changing the packaging form, only the conversion switch on the conversion panel and the matching material block need to be replaced;
Using a deceleration motor, the feeding and film feeding process is smooth and without shaking. When packaging colored films, a color code positioning system needs to be added for accurate positioning;
Using a specially designed sealing knife, the sealing line is firm, does not crack, and is not easy to stick to the knife;
The feeding conveyor belt can be designed to feed on the left or right side according to the needs of the site;
SF-6040E adopts dual air motors, with uniform hot air flow in the furnace chamber and beautiful shrinkage effect;
Using solid steel rods wrapped in imported silicone tubing, with chain bar conveying, the silicone is durable and long-lasting; The SF-6040E can add a tight axis function and is designed specifically for products with relatively small packaging volumes;
The conveyor adopts Schneider frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, with stable speed regulation performance;
