Product Introduction MACH 6 is an energy meter that can measure up to 200000 pulses per second. This device needs to be used in conjunction with the MACH 6 application software, which can build a fully functional data acquisition system for measuring and displaying laser energy. MACH 6 needs to be used with compatible GENTEC-EO M6 series probes. MACH 6 can achieve pulse measurement frequencies up to 200 kHz, with 12 bit digital accuracy, and can capture up to 4 million pulses in real-time. This instrument is designed to support a full range of high-speed energy probes, including silicon probes, indium gallium arsenide probes, and pyroelectric probes. The measurement range covers from picojoules to millijoules, with a wavelength range of 0.35 to 2.5 μ m. Combined with the M6-SI probe and M5-UC-QED accessory, relative measurements can be made at a wavelength of 266 nm.
