1) Clean all circuit boards, fans, and instrument surfaces of dust

2) Cleaning ion source and lens

3) Rotate the pre fourth stage lever or clean the fourth stage lever

4) Clean the mechanical pump and replace the mechanical pump oil

5) Check that there is no air leakage between the gas cylinder and GC AFC

6) Check that there is no air leakage between AFC and the injection port

7) Replace the injection pad, molecular sieve, and ionic hydrazine

8) Confirmation of Circuit Qualification

9) Vacuum system inspection
