2、 Light source

1. The UV aging test chamber includes UV irradiation and dark cycle functions, and users can set the time for both functions by themselves; The total test time is equipped with a power-off hold function, which automatically resumes operation after power is restored. The machine uses a 500W ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamp as the light source, and conducts accelerated weather resistance tests on the material by simulating the ultraviolet radiation state in natural sunlight (such as 40 ℃) to obtain the results of the material's weather resistance. The effective service life of the lamp tube can be around 1000 hours.

Due to the simulation of solar ultraviolet radiation, test operators should minimize contact with ultraviolet light as much as possible during the experiment. Before the experiment, the test surface of the sample should be cleaned thoroughly to avoid any oil stains, dust, etc. on the test surface as much as possible. Flammable, explosive, or combustible materials are strictly prohibited from being stored inside the test chamber.
