GB/T 1479.1-2011 Determination of Loose Density of Metal Powder

Metal powder loose density tester, also known as metal powder loose density tester, Hall current meter, Hall current meter, etc., is based on national standardsGB 1479 - 84(Equivalent to standards)ISO3923/1 - 1979）Regulations, design, and production. This device is suitable for powders that can freely flow through standard funnels with apertures of 2.5mm or 5.0mm, and for measuring the bulk density and flowability of metal powders using the standard funnel method.

Metal powder falls freely from a standard funnel hole with a diameter of 5.0mm at a certain height to fill the cup. In the loose state, the loose density of the metal powder is expressed as the mass per unit volume of powder.

2、 Structure of Hall flowmeter funnel method loose density tester MZ-102:

（1）funnel(Standard funnel with aperture of 2.5mm and 5.0mm each)
Both funnels are made of stainless steel material and have sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear;
（2）Bracket, base, and receiver
The bracket is made of stainless steel material to fix the funnel. The base is used for installing brackets and receivers. Please adjust it horizontally, firmly, and without vibration. Adjust the height of the bracket and secure it with the included wrench, then install the funnel onto the bracket. The receiver (stainless steel disc) is placed on the base to collect powder;
（3）Balance (user provided)
