Factors that need to be considered when controlling the drying oven include the heating method (gas, oil, electricity), gas distribution system, and production line chain speed. The temperature change of the drying oven is influenced by changes in the heating source and the structure of the drying oven. The temperature of the workpiece surface depends on factors such as the material used, the thickness of the material, the placement position (top, middle, bottom), chain speed, etc. So it is necessary to check whether the drying oven is working under normal conditions to ensure the correct heating of the workpiece and ensure the cross-linking and curing process. In the heating characteristics of workpieces, their geometric shape, size, and material type play important roles. To ensure a constant temperature at the set time, it is necessary to directly measure the temperature of the workpiece surface. This is especially true for workpieces with significant thickness variations and complex appearances. Regular inspection and control of the temperature distribution inside the drying oven are required. The temp gard data logger has two configurations, with 12 temperature probes or 6 temperature probes connected. The data logger has innovatively designed an image color display screen and flash interface, making data transmission very simple.
