1、 Product Usage:
Fungal toxin antibodyIt can selectively adsorb aflatoxin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, ochratoxin, T-2 toxin, and fumarate toxin from the sample extraction solution simultaneously, thereby achieving highly targeted purification of these toxins in the sample solution. The purity of the purified sample solution after column purification is improved, which can be used for the determination of different analytical methods.
2、 Product Overview:
In the safety control of food and feed within the scope of *, the determination of fungal toxin content is undoubtedly very important. Usually, an immune affinity column can only adsorb a single fungal toxin. It is verified that this product can detect various toxins (aflatoxin du, ochratoxin, zearalenone, deoxynivalenol, fumotoxin and T-2 toxin) in Rice noodles at one time by chromatography.
3、 Reaction principle:
Fungal toxin antibodyThe basis of measurement is antigen antibody reaction. A variety of toxin antibodies are fixed on the gel in the column. The various toxins in the sample are extracted, filtered, diluted, and then slowly passed through the multi toxin immunoaffinity column, where the various toxins are specifically combined with the corresponding antibodies, and then the immunoaffinity column is washed to remove other unconjugated substances. Wash the toxin with 2% acetic acid methanol and inject it into the analytical instrument for detection.

4、 Attention:
1. Soak the used glass container and toxin solution in a 5% concentration sodium hypochlorite solution overnight.
2. Do not use immunoaffinity columns that have exceeded their expiration date.
3. When not in use, the immunoaffinity column should be stored at 2-8 ℃ and cannot be frozen.
4. Before use, the immunoaffinity column needs to be returned to room temperature (22-25 ℃).
5. Sampling volume: It can be adjusted appropriately according to the actual situation, but not too little. At the same time, the volume of the extraction solution should be proportionally changed accordingly.
6. PH: The pH of the upper column solution should be between 6 and 8. If it deviates from this range, hydrochloric acid or * should be used to adjust the pH.
