Product Details
Fungi are heterotrophic organisms with eukaryotes and cell walls. There are many species, with over 10000 reported genera and more than 100000 species. Fungi are usually divided into three categories: yeast, mold, and fungi (large fungi). For yeast and mold, glass beads can be used for treatment, while for large fungi, liquid nitrogen can be directly ground. After pre-treatment, the bacterial solution can be adsorbed onto a silica membrane to obtain high-purity genomes. The extracted and purified DNA can be directly used for downstream application experiments such as PCR/Real time PCR, sequencing, Southern blot, mutant analysis, SNP, etc.
