The GTL/C powder flowmeter adopts advanced ring sensors today, which can effectively capture every charged powder particle signal passing through the ring sensor. After amplification, shaping, and filtering by an amplification circuit, it is processed by a high-speed processor and finally outputs a standard current signal that is linearly related to the powder flow rate.

GTL/C powder flowmeter is suitable for measuring solid mass flow in metal enclosed pipelines with a wide range from kg/h to t/h. This system is suitable for online monitoring of solid flow rates such as powder and dust in pneumatic conveying. It can be widely applied in industries such as power, metallurgy, cement, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, and food manufacturing.
