This unit is mainly composed of a cross arm aggregate rack, a material retrieval system, an unloading system, a secondary storage system, a packaging trolley, a winding packaging machine, a conveyor track, etc. It can separate, package, stack, and flip steel strips with a width of 30mm to 400mm.
This packaging line adopts a brand new design concept. During the movement process from material retrieval to unloading, palletizing, and secondary storage, the steel strip remains relatively stationary, fundamentally solving the impact and various shortcomings caused by the movement of the steel strip in traditional modes. This packaging line has a high degree of automation and fast work efficiency. Taking a steel coil with an outer diameter of 1100mm and a width of 50mm as an example, according to the arrangement order of a single steel strip on a single mother coil on a cross arm, it takes about 35 minutes to complete the process from picking to stacking.
